糖尿病患者饮食一定要做到营养均衡,每日蔬菜摄入至少500克,水果不超过200克,鱼、虾50~100克,其他肉类50克左右,豆制品50~100克,蛋类30克左右。如果在两餐之间感到饥饿,可适当加餐,吃些糖分含量低的水果或奶制品。
