Blocks

Course blocks appear on course pages, typically down the left and/or right of the main content, and provide a region where pretty much anything (that will fit) can be displayed to the learner. This could be the latest news items, or a list of the library books that you currently have on loan, or some suggested links, or the top five most recent posts from a particular Twitter feed.
