1.将五花肉放入锅里加入几片姜煮熟。将葱、姜、蒜切成末,梅菜切细。

2.将煮熟的五花肉抹上一层老抽。锅里放入少许花生油,烧到三成热放入五花肉,用小火慢慢煎,煎出多余的油分。

3.将五花肉切成薄片。将生抽、老抽、蚝油、甜面酱、豆瓣酱调成汁。
