手指柔韧操打开手指,增加大脑供血
正式练习手指操之前,有必要从手指柔韧操开始。充分的热身活动是保证手指不受损伤的重要条件,可以让僵硬的双手变柔软,使后面增加难度的手指操练习更有效。
平展手指
五指并拢,双手平放在桌上,中指固定不动,逐渐打开大拇指、小指、食指、无名指,再用力张到最大。

双手平放在桌上,大拇指和食指拼成三角形,慢慢靠拢,将三角形挤压成菱形。然后,再分别用大拇指和中指、大拇指和无名指拼三角形,重复动作。

手指对对碰
双手掌心相对,同时弯曲食指,大拇指压住第二指关节,其余三指保持直立不弯曲。然后依次按压中指、无名指、小指。

动作指导
如果最开始双手不能同步动作,可以一只手先做完动作,另一只手再做,熟练后再同时进行同步练习。
柔韧手腕
第1节 弯曲手腕
双手在胸前十指交握,先向右画圈转动5次,再向左转动5次。转动时,肩膀、双臂、手腕都要放松。

双臂向前伸直,右手大拇指朝下,掌心外翻。左手握住右手,拉回至胸前,手掌于胸口平行。做完后,左右手动作交换。

将左手掌心朝左,与胸口垂直,五指伸直,小指贴近胸口。右手握住左手慢慢向左压手腕,尽量让左手掌与左手臂成直角。做完后,左右手动作交换。
