The Research on Setting Management and Incentive Guarantee of Social Work Positions in the Private Social Work Agencies—A Case Study of Beijing
Abstract: The setting management and incentives guarantee of professional social work positions increasingly become an important issue in the development of professional social work. It relates to the retention of social workers and social work occupational level. The private social agencies are important carriers of social work development. However, the current development of the private social agencies is still in early stages of development, facing with many challenges and problems. In this study, the author indepth investigates and analyzes the basic status and the main problems of setting management and incentive guarantee of social work positions in Beijing private social work agencies, and systematically puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
