Abstract
Undoubtedly, multiculture has been the irreversible cultural ecology nowadays, and its influence has broken the tangible border of nations and countries with the help of globalization, quietly infiltrating the invisible psychological territory. But the value relativism, egoism, materialism, and even anarchism and other ideological trends, hiding behind the multi-culture, weaken the value judgment college students should have, and make them fall into specious and entanglements situation. Some college students are keen to be a nice guy that everything is nice for him, some embrace the cultures extremism rejecting everything, while others naively claim to keep away from the worries of value choice, fully invest“happy first”entertainment, resulting the approach of moral anomie acts and be-coming a“moral disease”wandering around the world, which not only affected the inheritance of the state's will and the improvement of the so-cial moral environment, but also slowed down the construction of college students' happy life. As a result, two cultural nation—China and Ameri-ca happened to coincide to choose to remodel the morality and cultivate moral behavior of college students through moral education, opening a new century of college moral education reform.
In view of this, this article was closely related to the history of moral education development, in the multicultural context, compared the pres-ent situation, content, system, method and result of college students' moral education in China and the United States fully through the main clue—value and action, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the two, tried to find out the regular method to get rid of the inefficiency of college students' moral education, in order to improve effectiveness of our 004 moral education, also provide reference method for our country construc-ting the multicultural era and meeting the needs of college students' moral development new pattern of moral education in colleges and universi-ties. This paper argues that, after entering the 21st century, college students' moral education philosophy in China and the United States are moving in the direction of virtue ethics obvious tilt, originated in the mor-al core values of traditional culture as the spirit substance, argued that the recovery value of college students as the main body of“people”, the moral education in the new period with the life breath and authenticity of cultural attitude, can meet the needs of the spirit of the college students, against value relativism“collapse”effect. At the same time, blizzard of globalization to exchange of moral education in China and the United States, comparison, study and draw lessons from provides effective plat-form, our country can draw lessons from the United States“ground”mode of moral education in colleges and universities, study the rule of law first moral education idea, the United States can experience the modern value of Chinese traditional moral culture and become nourish their cultural resources of college students, should be found in the com-parison between them, as well as exchange, which is constructing in our country in the future to college students'final happiness as the goal, has a rich culture and morality and strong legal guarantee, university, fami-ly, college and society closely combined, an openness, flexibility, and kind of path to a new mode of moral education in colleges and universi-ties.
This article is divided into two parts and eight chapters, of which the value is three chapters, action is five chapters.

Chapter Five. Discuss the possibility and necessity to learn from each other between college students'moral education of China and the U-nited States. Both countries should adhere to the attitude of critical reflec-tion under the exchange.
